These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the Caterpak website and to all orders placed through the website.
By accessing or using this website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the website.
Caterpak supplies foodservice packaging and back-of-house consumable products to businesses and individuals within Australia.
All products and services offered through this website are subject to availability and acceptance by Caterpak.
You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict or inhibit their use of the website.
You must not misuse the website or attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the security or functionality of the website, or use the website for fraudulent or unlawful activity.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the website if these Terms are breached.
You may create an account to place orders and manage your details. Guest checkout may also be available.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Caterpak reserves the right to suspend or cancel accounts where misuse, fraud, or breach of these Terms is suspected.
All orders placed through the website are subject to acceptance and availability.
Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation. This does not constitute acceptance until the order is processed and dispatched.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders, limit quantities per order, or cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected misuse.
If an order is cancelled, any payment received will be refunded.
All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD).
Prices are subject to change without notice. Pricing errors may occur from time to time. If a pricing error is identified after an order is placed, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or receive a refund.
Payment must be made in full at the time of order.
We accept payments via Stripe. By submitting payment details, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.
For customer convenience, payment details may be securely saved to your account for future purchases. Credit card information is stored and processed securely by our third-party payment provider and is not stored directly on Caterpak’s servers. Caterpak does not have access to full credit card details.
Caterpak currently delivers within Australia only.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on location, courier services, and external factors outside our control.
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. Caterpak is not responsible for delays once goods have left our warehouse.
Shipping fees and delivery options will be displayed at checkout.
Change-of-mind returns may be accepted at Caterpak’s discretion. Requests must be made within 7 days of receipt. Goods must be unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If goods arrive damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Photographic evidence may be required. We will assess and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
All content on this website, including text, images, branding, product descriptions, graphics, and logos, is owned by or licensed to Caterpak.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use website content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Caterpak is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of the website or products supplied.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies available under Australian Consumer Law.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
